House Rules

1. Booking and guest identity

• The booking is strictly personal and may not be transferred without prior consent.
• The number of guests present in the accommodation may not exceed the number stated at the time of booking.
• Proof of identity of the main guest may be requested to confirm the booking.
• Any information provided is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for verification and security purposes.
• Maison H places particular importance on the discretion and privacy of its guests.

2. Check-in and check-out

• Access details for the accommodation are provided on the day of arrival.
• Check-in is self-service, via a personal access code.
• The access code is strictly confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
• The accommodation must be vacated at the agreed check-out time.

3. Respect for the property and neighbourhood

• The accommodation must be used with due care, as a reasonably prudent person would.
• Parties, gatherings and events are prohibited.
• Outside visitors are not permitted without prior agreement.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• Any excessive noise disturbance may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.

4. Jacuzzi

• Use of the jacuzzi is entirely at the occupants' own responsibility.
• A shower is recommended before use.
• Adding oils, soap, bubble bath or any other product to the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited.
• For hygiene reasons and to preserve water quality, any activity likely to compromise the sanitary condition of the jacuzzi is prohibited, including intimate activities.
• The protective cover must be replaced after each use.
• Any breach requiring the jacuzzi to be drained, specially treated or restored will be charged to the guest.

5. Accommodation and equipment

• Occupants must take good care of the accommodation and all equipment made available to them.
• Any breakage, damage or deterioration, even accidental, must be reported immediately.
• Any item missing at the end of the stay will be considered lost and will be charged to the guest.
• Any repair, restoration, replacement or exceptional cleaning resulting from abnormal use of the premises will be charged to the responsible guest.
• A property inspection, inventory check or general check may be carried out before and after each stay.

6. No smoking

• Smoking or vaping inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the containers provided outside.
• Cleaning or deodorising fees may be charged in case of non-compliance.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

8. Security

• Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• The use of candles, ambient flames or any open-flame device is prohibited.
• Occupants agree to lock all access points when away.
• Maison H cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings.

9. Financial liability

• The main guest is responsible for all persons present in the accommodation during the stay.
• Any damage, missing items, theft, non-compliance with these rules or exceptional costs incurred during the stay may be subject to additional invoicing.
• Payment of a security deposit may be required prior to arrival.

Booking and occupying the accommodation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these house rules.
